At Xpress IT customer satisfaction is our main priority. All our plans carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of activating your account, simply send an email to with a brief explanation. You will then be given a full refund for any hosting fees charged*.

Cancellations at any other time are subject to the minimum contract term agreed to, ending at the anniversary date for your subscription. Please note: If service is terminated past the initial 30-day period, regardless of the length of contract, Xpress IT will not refund the remaining fees. Any customer whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the Xpress IT Terms & Conditions including but not limited to the Payment of Fees and the Violation of the Acceptable Use policy automatically forfeits eligibility for the Xpress IT 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Any customer who has received a refund in the past, or has been a customer in the past 90 days is not eligible for the Xpress IT Money Back Guarantee. *This refund applies only to hosting fees and does not include any additional services provisioned by the customer including but not limited to domain name registration fees, disk space over usage fees and additional bandwidth charges. 30-day money back guarantee is subject to limitations and does not apply to promotions when billing term is monthly.
